Q: It's been less than 2 weeks since I purchased my plant, I've followed the care instructions, and it is not doing well. What should I do?

A: Please call us! Nature is fickle and sometimes despite our best efforts a plant will not survive. Take a photo or bring it to us and we will replace the plant. The photo or plant evidence is necessary so we can work with our growers to stop a bad batch from spreading and to receive credit for a product that didn't work out.
